DESIGN DISTRICT MIAMI FLORIDA
In collaboration with designers from NYC: Moorhead + Moorhead
Retail + Office Building: Luxury brand Retail on the first and second floors and commercial offices on the third floor.
The 4100 BLDG is an existing building that became the first completed renovation/construction that was to become part of the larger master plan for the new MIAMI DESIGN DISTRICT. This masterplan is a large vision and scope that has completely transformed an entire neighborhood in Miami into a pedestrian-oriented public space for boutique retail, office, restaurants and lodging.
